Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Sales team in the region to maintain high level of productivity & effectiveness, and to support increase in sales and market share.
2. Set objectives and KPI’s for his regional sales team in line with company’s objectives.
3. Review and monitor achievement of the individual objectives and KPI’s as well as the teams objectives and KPI’s in conformity with the Department KPI’s.
4. Follow up the work done by the team members to ensure that it is produced in the best quality and in accordance with company plans.
5. Initiate and contribute to the recruitment, training, motivation & evaluation of the team.
6. Follow up & control the tasks distribution for same function in his region.
7. Establish trust worthy relationship with the distribution channels & Meet with main dealers in the region and direct them towards implementing the sales plans & tactics in the market in coordination with Dealers Account Unit.
8. Visit periodically top 30 (or otherwise) sub dealers in his region to maintain strong PR and leading market position.
9. Visit periodically distributors premises and meet with concerned, to discuss business issues and actions and follow up solutions. (Coordinate with dealers account unit in this respect).
10. Fulfill any assignment requested by management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: University degree graduate.
Experience: A minimum 3 years as managerial level sales/commercial.
Experience in the Telecommunications or mobile sector appreciated
